- Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
- Responsible as Unit lead Account Registration Department manage all activities of Team and updated regarding product knowledge.
- Ensure complete understanding of Banking processes, policies & documentation requirement. Review Cooperate Account opening documents for processing. And also review accounts which has been received through digital on boarding Portal.
- Raise requirement according to the need of Account Registration Team.
- Coordination with MMBL Branches & HO department for smooth handling of Operational activities.
- Responsible for internal and External Audit.
- Having good knowledge of all bank’s Operational Manuals and Policies.
- Providing back end support and services to branches and providing effective solutions to their problems.

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is Pakistan's largest digital bank with over 20 million registered and 8 million active digital wallets.
