Identify deficiencies in already implemented bank operational processes and recommends changes in Reconciliation processes to bring more effectiveness.
Needs to be well aware and ensure compliance with Bank SOPs and SBP/regulator policies & procedures. Needs to be well aware regarding backend transactional processes and how system works. Responsible for managing settlement, funding and daily production of reconciliations supporting the business and other stake holders.
Ensure Daily Bank reconciliations for third party payments and collections with all the systems involved and further data sharing with all relevant teams for settlement, adjustment and complaints handling.
Ensure Daily Bank reconciliation with correspondent Banks, Internal Accounts, Corporate Clients, Merchants, Nano Landing, Insurance products and all other products involving movement of funds from one place to another, with end to end data sharing to all stakeholders. Daily Clearing Settlement Reconciliation with Correspondent Bank. Responsible to manage and clearing of pending transaction in systems on daily basis.
Responsible for Pending transactions manual authorization in CPS on daily basis. Reversals and duplicate transactions management with all extended parties. Liaison with internal or external stakeholders for better reconciliation processes. Ensure ATMs, IBFTs, Bank accounts (Core & Branchless Banking) daily reconciliations.
Responsible for reporting of all reconciliations performed with their treatment to the management on daily basis in dashboard.
Ensure complete understanding of Code of Conduct and maintain strict adherence. Identify process for digitization and ensure implementation of the bank’s digital agenda and train the operations staff accordingly.
Interaction with Internal Teams (Business/ IT/ Finance) for any development/enhancement in system. Ensure high competency & skill level of the staff is maintained at all times

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is Pakistan's largest digital bank with over 20 million registered and 8 million active digital wallets.
