We are looking for experienced, preferably female candidates for the position of Junior Accountant. Below is the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the skills, but have sufficient experience and qualifications.
- Conduction of weekly/monthly reconciliation of the bank and cash accounts
- Maintaining the petty cash fund
- maintaining the chart of accounts
- Providing financial analysis as needed
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management as required
- Maintaining supplier/vendor accounts
- Preparing general ledgers for daily transactions
- Completion of other tasks as assigned/required
- Prepare stock in hand for the warehouse and keeping an up to date record
- Prepare and manage the payroll through the software/MS Office
Requirements
- Qualification in Accounts and Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in relative filed
- Basic knowledge of accounting softwares
- Sales tax return is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to meet deadlines
