MobOil(Pakistan, Urdu Based) is seeking Male and Female staff for the call center. Looking for new talents and are providing a good opportunity for freshers to earn a market compatitive salary package.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Answering in-bound calls through market leads
- Inform customers about the product and services in order to create interest in the brand
- Answer questions about company and products
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process customer orders in an accurate way
- Developing solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Converting customer inquiries into sales
- Surveying customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Minimum of one year of cold calling experience; previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center or related sales experience
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Qualification: Minimum intermediate level- Bachelor
