Respond to client inquiries via Emails.
Provide superior customer service in response to all customer inquiries.
Must have excellent English and typing skills. Knowledge of French and German language would be an advantage.
Strong written (email) communication utilizing proper grammar and punctuation to suit the UK Marketplace
Experience not required; however, preference will be given to who have prior experience in email and chat communication with international clients.
A full hand on training will be provided to the selected candidate
Ability to learn and adapt new software technologies
Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude

Required Skills:

Competency in MS Word and basic computer knowledge.
Good Communication Skill
Ability to follow clear instructions.
Ability to work in a team setting, as well as individually.
Ability while working to improve mistakes.
Experience in customer service; any specific experience engaging with customers on a daily basis is definitely a plus.
