Looking after complete garment evolution from design to sourcing to development

Seeking approvals from design team for onward garment development

Maintaining product costing, fabric databases and inventory ledgers

Negotiating prices with supplier for material sourcing

Corresponding with buyer regarding there fabric inquiries and arranging garment supply accordingly

Assisting Designers with R&D in developing garments styles for customer

Arranging trims and accessories with complete follow up from stitching to dispatching

Keeping an eye on new emerging trends/Research on new fabrics, leather articles, hardware and materials that are brand appropriate

Provide assistance with sales-related activities, as well as promotion of products at fashion and trade shows

Candidate must be able to demonstrate:

Ability to take on challenges of a start up role - openness to change & handling unpredictability.

Maintain relations with vendors/buyers and negotiating with suppliers for raw materials etc.
