This niche design and build contractor undertakes both Construction, Interior Fit Out and Refurbishment projects across the Retail and Commercial Often the lead contractor on site, the company directly employs qualified and experienced Project Managers and Site Managers to manage the delivery of each scheme to time and budget.

The scope of the project includes Civils, Enabling works, New Build, Refurbishment and Interiors packages. Duties will include but not be limited to the following: Monitor each project budget, ensuring each scheme is delivered profitably Set up and manage safe and clean construction sites Stakeholder Management Line management of subcontractors, trade and labour Procurement and management of subcontract packages and specialist materials Develop and monitor project plans Keeping up to date with variations Quality control An interesting and varied role the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of Managing Construction and Interior projects to time and budget. The candidate will have excellent multi-level communication skills and will have experience of running more than one project at any one time In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary package, a positive working environment, and the opportunity to progress in line with the company's ambitions.

To be successful you must have/be all of the following:

Construction related qualifications
Have project management experience of running Construction and Interior projects
Be able to demonstrate experience of monitoring project budgets
Experience of recording and agreeing variations to contract
Experience of doing take offs
Subcontractor management experience
Ability to deliver quality finished end product to time and budget
Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process
Experience with MS Project or similar

Package PKR 60,000 - 100,000 Depending on experience. Health Insurance and accidental Life coverage. 14 Days Holiday plus National Holidays.
