Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives
Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Manage employee relations and handle employee complaints or grievances
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards
Conduct performance management and employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career development planning
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to create a positive and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to HR, including labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR management, with experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
