Looking for highly energetic individuals, who possess excellent English Communication Skills (both VERBAL and WRITTEN).
Must have communication skills to handle customers (U.K) on Inbound and Outbound Calls, as well as through e-mails.
Must have ability to transform a lead into sale.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Must have excellent English (British) listening, understanding and speaking skills.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Must be equally good at appointment settings and persuasive techniques.
Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT pereferable but not required.
