1. Lead a group of 8-10 delivery drivers.
  2. Plan deliveries by reviewing productivity results and orders.
  3. Establish and monitor delivery routes.
  4. Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  5. Monitor staff and adhere to policies and procedures
  6. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues.
  7. Staff, train and develop delivery team members.
  8. Monitor productivity/performance of Riders.
  9. Lead, guide and direct drivers regarding freight movement schedules and customer delivery expectations.
  10. Review and revise driver schedules to increase efficiencies and lower costs
  11. Responsible for delivering on KPI's; set targets, monitor performance, provide coaching to meet or exceed expectations
  12. Responsible for all paperwork associated with the city operation to ensure it is handled timely and accurately by all drivers.
  13. Be ensuring to proper delivery with condiments.
  14. Communicate directly with customers for special handling requests, issue escalations and resolution.
  15. Process all sales transactions accurately and in a timely fashion.
  16. Balance the needs of staff and customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  17. Handle inquiries from customers and addressing problems and complaints in respectful timely manner.
  18. Developed and implemented guidelines for training new service team members while providing refresher for current staff.
  19. Coach, lead and develop your drivers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity.
  20. Conduct meetings and safety training with your team to ensure that preventive measures are carried out.
  21. Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
  22. Possess very strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  23. Have a highly developed sense of urgency.
  24. Proven results in improving business performance through your leadership.
  25. Review and act on customer feedback
  26. Represent Mozzarella27 in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company
  27. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth customer transitions from pre-delivery to delivery day to post-delivery
  28. Work cross functionally with Operations and Vehicle teams to implement all experiential and operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of customers.
