Office Assistant / Receptionist

An American Company is looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This candidate will also be trained as a backup driver for the company.

An Office Assistant is responsible for keeping the office supplied and organized. This involves lots of small duties, like typing and taking notes during meetings, but their overall responsibilities are essential. Office Assistants are responsible for things like:

Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Maintaining files
Welcoming visitors to your office
Answering phone calls
Taking and delivering messages
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
