Senior Software Architect

MTBC is a publicly-traded healthcare IT Company that provides electronic health record software and technology-based medical billing, transcription and practice management services to healthcare providers in the United States. MTBC is headquartered in New Jersey, USA, and operates from Rawalpindi and Bagh (AJ&K) with a workforce of over 1500 employees.

Sr. Software Architect will be working in Rawalpindi office and will be responsible to:

Analyze requirements of new products/services and design thoughtful architecture keeping the core and architectural requirements in mind
Analyze architecture of existing products/services and suggest minimal amount of changes resulting in greater impact on overall quality of products/services
Communicate the architecture using clear and concise diagrams and workflows
Guide development teams about designed architecture and best development practices required to achieve most out of the architecture (as per defined architectural goals)
Review the development process to ensure the development teams are properly following defined practices

Person Specification:

At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in a reputable organization
Good understanding of Architectural Quality Attributes
Good hands-on of coding the architecture
Deep understanding of famous and latest software frameworks
Good understanding of infrastructural elements (compute, network, storage) to suggest the best configuration for deployment of components described in architecture
Well versed with design patterns and anti-patterns in practice
Deep understanding of SOA and best practices to implement SOA in enterprises
Very fine sense of IT industry and trends
Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning and Data Warehousing with architectural perspective to design architectures unique to the relevant area
Must be focused,motivated, Detail oriented, practical having excellent communication skills.
