Responsibilities and Duties:

Actively monitoring SMS traffic
Managing Ticket from Internal and External Customers
Performing hourly & daily route testing as required for the Operational and Business
Development Team.
Analyzing traffic trends on a Minute, Hour, Day, and Monthly basis and quickly sharing analysis with the Concerns
Communicating with Internal and External Stakeholders immediately as required
Analyzing and Solving Problems reported by Customers
Timely coordination with our clients and vendors to solve their queries
Analyze Wire shark traces to troubleshoot an issue and find out the root cause
Routing and Provisioning
Knowledge Deliberation and sharing within the team.
Troubleshooting all kinds of problems in the platform
