Roles and Responsibilities

Be informed of trends in education and constantly strive for the upgrading of instruction and curriculum.
Supervise the instructional programs of the school by evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis.
Ensure that student’s progress is monitored and recorded.
Keep follow up of syllabi and ensure that covering of syllabi is in accordance with schemes of studies.
Supervise morning assembly.
Promote effective communication and interpersonal relations among staff, parents and students.
Recheck student’s diaries, copies & Dossiers.
Prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help.
Guide and counsel students with adjustment or academic problems, or special academic interests.
Check teacher’s diaries.
Any other work assigned by Director Academics
