· Provide Monthly Analysis for Current EPM System with its Artifacts which includes:

1. Studying the Current EPM Function implementation.

2. Studying the SharePoint web parts Customization.

3. Enhance EPM Functions and SharePoint Web parts to match business changes.

4. Enhance the Security matrix to adopt the organizational structure changes.

· Conduct EPM upgrading to 2016 version.

· Investigate the possibility to migrate to Microsoft 365 Cloud version.

· Supervise Nintex workflow and eForms development and support which includes:

1. Review the T4edu PMO business requirements.

2. Review and Audit the Current eForms development effort based on understanding the Business Requirements.

3. Supervise the Contractor to complete the development work and fix bugs if exist.

4. Migrate the eForms complete modules from development environment to Production environment.

· Supervise Current Running “Implement BI and Data warehouse for EPM” development and support which includes:

1. Understanding the T4edu PMO business requirements.

2. Supervise the contractor through design analysis Documents.

3. Review and audit the Analysis document and confirm that its cover all business requirements.

4. Supervise the Contractor through implement and develop the project.

5. Provide the communication channel between T4edu PMO team and Contractor.

6. Audit and confirm the implementation in agile techniques.

7. Migrate the finished deliverables to Production environment.

· Supervise Current Running “Implement Deliverables acceptance Module” and Monitor Contractors work which includes:

1. Understanding the T4edu PMO business requirements.

2. Supervise the contractor through design analysis Documents.
