• Should have hands on experience in working with Microsoft technologies and have successfully delivered projects ideally using MS Dynamics CRM/365. 
  • Must have the thorough understanding of C#, JavaScript and relevant frameworks/technologies.
  • Excellent database design skill is highly desired.
  • Must be able to understand the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements and must be able to transform them into a workable solution.
  • Small to mid-size technical leadership experience is desirable.
  • Understanding of the product from the technical and functional prospective is desirable.
  • Must be able to act as a mentor to the peers and junior team mates.
  • Should be 100% open for travel.
  • Excellent in Client Management & Support, Team Management and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Team player, Multi-Tasker, Adaptable, Flexible, Pro-active, Self-directed and motivated.
  • Must hold a valid Microsoft Certification.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage all technical aspects of the product validation from customer’s perspective (installation/upgrade etc).
  • Assist in developing customizations, support and overall solution architectures in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and related technologies in stack.
  • Work through the solution implementation lifecycle.
  • Work on the development of prototypes and proof of concepts.
  • Provide support to pre-sales/functional team in pre-sales phase and proposal generation.
  • Document technical design making sure that quality development artifacts are delivered on time.
  • GoLive and initial post Golive support.
  • Define Microsoft Dynamics enhancement requirements for reports and business processes.
  • Gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Provide consulting in hands on and support project related tasks in order to complete customer implementations of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Understand the requirements and be hands on in delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects
  • List requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet the requirements.
  • Understand, Program, Customize and Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its product.
  • Understand the sales management life cycle and marketing life cycle.
  • Handle client facing, collect requirements and map it to the functions and features of the products.
  • Efficiently work on process knowledge and documentation skills.
  • Provide support and implement CRM changes.
  • Should Architect the Design in relation to Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and related technologies.
