KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Conduct daily operations with the vendor and labours appointed for distribution purpose.
Co-ordinate inbound, storage and outbound activities of distribution material in a timely, safe and efficient manner while ensuring full accountability.
Ensure correct stacking and storage procedures are adhered to as per SOP.
Perform cycle counts, monthly stock takes with gap analyzes and action plan follow-up in accordance with SOP.
Issuing of gate passes and delivery notes per truck.
Preparation of goods receipt and dispatch notes.
Ensure safe working conditions and practices within the warehouse.
Ensure security procedures are adhered to as per SOP in warehouse at all times and perform daily checks for compliance.
Maintain a catalogue of all deliverable items with volumes and descriptions placed at the warehouse.
Evaluate complaints received on delivery of items, and take appropriate action.
Carry out all delegated tasks from the project manager.
