We are a UK-based accounting firm looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
Your duties will include:
- Setting up the firm’s marketing strategy
- Setting up and maintaining platforms to be used to achieve firm’s marketing objectives (Upwork, People per hour, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, online webinars, Knowledge Hub etc)
- Signing up new clients
- Exploring new accounting/finance revenue streams locally and internationally
- Arrange staff training to develop human resources required for new revenue streams
- Assisting HR in hiring new staff
- Developing partnerships with other accounting firms, mortgage advisors, tax consultants, VAT experts etc.
- Assist in creating an accounting hub in Lahore, providing infrastructure, knowledge, and assistance to equip accounting personnel with necessary skill set required to provide high quality accounting and finance services internationally.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- International exposure preferred
- MS Office/Outlook skills mandatory
- Sound academic grades
- Good communication/verbal skills
- Should be ambitious. The employer will be happy to provide external training to the right candidate to help grow in this role
