We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Account Management and Administration role. 

JOB TITLE:

Accounts & Admin Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts:

  1. Accurate and up to date management of company accounts
  2. Regular Bookkeeping
  3. Prepare regular reports for Accounts Manager
  4. Cash management
  5. Bank reconciliation and banking
  6. Payroll Of employees and contractors
  7. All tax-related documents filed on time
  8. Proficient in the use of accounting software (Quickbooks or similar)
  9. Highly proficient in the use of Excel Spreadsheet (Important)

Admin Officer:

  1. Responsible for all office admin works: IT, networking, filing, printing, etc
  2. Initiate and prepare all necessary office and admin procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members
  3. Deal with all sales-related matter; update client files, issue invoices, prepare statements, update CRM software (prior knowledge of CRM software is a BONUS)
  4. The first point of call for receiving guests, attending to telephone calls
  5. Adhoc work as and when required and directed by the Manager(s)

Qualifications / Skills:

  1. MBA Finance, M Com or similar
  2. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role (a bonus if the experience is with a construction firm)
  3. Very good command of the English language
  4. Methodical; who is able to execute a task on his own initiative and on time.
  5. Career motivated; who are looking to stay and establish himself with the firm

JOB & OFFICE LOCATION:

Please note that the office is located in GULBERG GREENS, ISLAMABAD

SALARY:

Rs. 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per calendar month; depending on experience and overall fit. Plus incentives.
