Knowledge of specified standards and procedures associated with safety, housekeeping, problem solving, SPC and basic manufacturing, and preventive maintenance methods applicable to polyurethane molding operations.

Your responsibilities

Set up: Identifying, assembling, maintaining, preparation, packaging and sorting of molds.

Casting: proper dispensing of urethane, mold assembling, mold disassembling, initial part inspection and waste management

Finishing: repairing, curing, trimming, final inspection and packaging

Machine Maintenance:

Daily calibration, temperature monitoring, all related PM’s to maintain proper functioning equipment

Record Keeping:

Maintain daily production and maintenance/repair records
Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
Maintains safe operations by adhering to FL
Smidth safety procedures and regulations.Properly maintain company supplied uniforms
Performs other related duties as assigned
