Job Description

We are hiring experienced Outbound Call Center Agents.
Excellent spoken English
At least five year sales/outbound experience in International Call Centre.
You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and empathize with them
You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
Holds a Neutral Accent, clear speaking voice
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
The candidate must not be enrolled in any educational programme.
Willing to work in night shift.
You are an expert in bypassing gate keepers, reaching decision makers, convincing them and eventually closing the sales

The sales and KPIs incentives are additional with fast growth prospects.
