We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Merchandiser for the Digital Printing Department in our textile unit. As a Merchandizer, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the digital printing process to meet our customers' expectations and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and customers to understand their requirements and develop digital printing strategies.
Coordinate and execute the entire digital printing process, from design approval to final production.
Oversee the scheduling and organization of digital printing jobs, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
Maintain and update accurate records of all digital printing orders, including inventory management and quality control.
Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues related to digital printing equipment.
Work closely with the production team to ensure proper color matching and adherence to design specifications.
Stay updated with industry trends, new printing techniques, and emerging technologies to improve the digital printing process.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to digital printing.
