Dealing with clients (Counseling, advising, clearing doubts, queries etc)
Arranging Seminars, Training workshop for NACT
Update face book page, notice board.
Assist office coordinator in documentation work.
Assist in office administration.
Assist in effective marketing and publicity to boost business.
Assist MP in organizing workshop, seminars in institutions (preparation of PowerPoint presentation, giving introductory speech etc).
Receiving/Making phone calls.
Responding to emails
Assist in documents printing and scanning.
Executing correspondence with customers, clients, business partners and regional offices through email, courier etc.
Any other duty assign by the management.
Must have good writing skills
Good behavior with office staff and clients
Can work under pressure
