The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and sales over the phone by promoting our real estate products and services
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Contact potential customers through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead-generation techniques
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
