Customer Relationship Officer / CRO

We are looking for an experienced customer relationship representative to be responsible for engaging with customers all over Pakistan by building and preserving trusting relationships. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with sales to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding and handling all customer queries by digital media / Phone call / Email.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products/offers in order to increase sales.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Able to remain calm in frustrating situation.

REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
