Customer Sales Representative

NASKSOFT, a UK-based IT & E-commerce based company, requires candidates having extensive experience in sales and marketing of IT products. Competitive basic salary. We require individuals to do the followings;

Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit our company services.
Launch email campaigns and social marketing on different social channels.
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
Adjust sales scripts better to target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Telephone or write letters to respond to customer correspondence or follow up on initial sales contacts.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication and listening skills preferably in UK Accent
Excellent research skills on web search engines and other mediums.
A polite, confident, and friendly manner
Good knowledge about all the company's products and services
To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
