A National group is looking forward to hire Head of Sales and Marketing for its new comprehensive product line in the field of detergents and soaps.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

He will be required to further hire a strong team of sales professionals and progressively expand his department and contribute to the growth of company.
Designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Identify target clients/area’s and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets, continuously monitor the achievement of sales targets by keeping a close check monthly.
Identify prospective customers ,increase business by following up on potential leads.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, key industry players and vendors, keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
Constantly evaluate local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts and business plans on monthly basis.
Actively seek out and set up meetings with potential new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and social media.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
Ability to carry out research relating to the organization and collate the information derived from such research towards improving the organization’s business status.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
