Food Technologist (MSc in Food Technology) for the position in Bakery Department. Candidate must have 02 to 04 years experience working in An industrial baking unit .

Job Description:

Responsible for overall quality and safety of products.
Responsible for ensuring that products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
Developing and review of quality and safety policies and manage audits.
Training of quality assurance employees and oversee production processes.
Liaison with other supervisors and inspect facilities for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise.
Share reports to management and keep records
Updating safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations.
Responsible for implementation of Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines.
Supervise and motivate team of workers
