Responsible for supporting the sales manager in developing and implementing sales strategies, setting goals and targets, and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Providing Training and Support:

You may assist in training and mentoring new and existing sales team members to improve their sales techniques and overall performance. This includes providing ongoing support to the sales team, coaching them on sales tactics, and helping them to develop their skills.

Collaborating with Other Departments:

You may be required to work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure that all aspects of the sales process are running smoothly.

Conducting Market Research:

You may be tasked with conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the real estate industry.

Maintaining Sales Records:

You may be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, including client information, sales data, and commission calculations.

Liaising with Clients:

You may be required to communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide them with updates on the sales process.

Monitoring Sales Performance:

You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team and reporting back to the sales manager on a regular basis. This may involve analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.
