Competent Patient Care Representative (PCR) will be primarily working with our Customer Support Team, managing all incoming and outgoing helpline calls and facilitating members in our health plan.
• Must have a positive attitude and good attention to detail.
• Must be flexible with the work hours and should have excellent communication skills.
• This is a regular office-based position (Karachi)
Qualifications: Previous call center experience is a plus
