Under supervision, incumbents perform entry-level design and planning relating to the various types of projects. Incumbents conduct inspections, prepare simple designs, translate them into 2D and 3D representations, and prepare project updates.

Prepares preliminary drawings, designs and specifications;
Attends client interviews with supervisory personnel;
Investigates material requirements for project;
Prepares construction documents using AutoCAD or Revit Software;
Prepare 3Ds using SketchUp or Revit
