Job description:

To attend the telephone calls.
To greet to guests and arrange the meetings with concerned officials.
To receive incoming mails and dispatch accordingly.
Coordination with HR Department regarding interviews.
Coordination in arranging meetings.
Manage all administrative affairs for the office of the CEO.
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with other units, departments and staff.

Back in 1994 NCBA&E was founded as a private institute. Currently NCBA&E is covering a vast range of disciplines and offering career programs at multiple levels such as; professional certifications, undergraduate studies, graduate studies, and post graduate studies.
