Support Desk Office Job Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Delivery coordination (Hardware & Software)
2. Support coordination (Hardware & Software)
3. Software Installation Coordination
4. Delivery Challan collection coordination
5. Warranty card collection and submit by 30th of each month
6. Warranty card making of Hardware, Software and SLA
7. Payment follow up
8. Collection of Payments by team
9. Collection of I&T challan from team
10. Responsible to reply clients email in concern of installations progress, support issues etc
11. Coordinate finance & store for arrangement of invoice & goods
12. Provide S.No to finance for making DO and invoice
13. Sent daily report of team to us by daily basis
14. Sent update pending list
15. Support Calls Forward to Concern Department and Follow up the status
16. Follow up team for update status of complains.
17. Follow up client for pending installations of hardware & software
