We at Neon chemicals is looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Officer ( Female)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Job Description:

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests.
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages and deliver it to concerned person.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to their appropriate department.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies (Stationary) and place orders when necessary.
Take up other duties as assigned by Management (travel arrangements, Hotel Arrangement, schedules etc.)
Scanning Indents and courier indents
Keep & Maintain record of suppliers and client’s contracts
Handle meeting schedule and invitations.
Front desk Officer is a face of company so she should behave in well-mannered way with visitors and guide them properly.

Education: FSC/Bachelors.

Gender: Female.

Location: Lahore

Experience: 4 - 5 Years maximum
