Job Description
Neon Technologies (Private) Limited is looking for a dynamic Team Manager for its call center operations (UK Based) in the afternoon shift.
The resource should have a proven work experience of at least 5 years in a call center /BPO and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Shift: Afternoon 2 pm-10:30pm(Monday to Friday)
Location: Rawalpindi
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the team's monthly targets and ensure target achievement on regular basis.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of KPIs. Also, deliver monthly targets to the associates.
- Assists with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Should be able to work with the Director on internal quality assurance.
- Takes lead in answering requests to the referral inboxes.
- Locate areas of struggle for each agent and provide immediate feedback to the management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Team Lead.
- Experience in managing teams of more than 10 people.
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Leadership and organizational skills with people management skills.
