Job Description:

The candidate would be required to handle day-to-day network operations of Internet Service Provider through Ethernet and FTTH
This will include support, operations, maintenance, administration, configuration, trouble-shooting, fault isolation and resolving IP network issues
Maintaining proper network documentation & schematics including all possible details
Operations & administration of the Hardware & software of: Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls of any vendor platform
Effective coordination with Vendor so that root-cause analysis (RCA Report) can be done in shortest possible time
Ensuring high-availability of network to the end-users and business
Coordination with all relevant technology vendors for any support issues to make sure that Service Level Agreement are met
Comply with all the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the execution of tasks and carrying out all job related duties
