- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to development team and management

- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 6+ years in a product/project/program management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Proven proposal writing experience, SOW preparation, contract writing experience will be a plus
