Continuously monitors the security alerts
Triages security alerts
Monitors the health of security sensors and SIEM solution
Collects data and context necessary to initiate Level 2 escalation
Delivers scheduled and ad-hoc reports
Review logs and share report with stakeholders on daily basis
Works closely with Level 2 & Level 3 team towards the continuous improvement of the service

Required skills and qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems
Minimum 3+ years of process documentation experience
CISA, CISM, or CISSP certified
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
