Technical Training Manager

We are looking for someone who has at least 5+ years of experience in Software Development or SQA and is eager to learn new tools/technologies. The role is in NetSol's in-house training department with an opportunity to learn new concepts and more importantly, train the technical workforce.

The ideal candidate should have:

Complete understanding of software development lifecycle.
Ability to adapt changes and be willing to learn new concepts.
Ability to fulfill stakeholder expectation and negotiating with internal customer.
Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks ranging from managing team resources, preparing course content, coordinating and making arrangements for end-to-end training delivery.
Work experience in .Net, PHP, AJAX, HTML5, Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Experience of end-to-end project delivery would be a big plus.
Good communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, etc.).
Proficiency in English and have technical background - preferably in Computer Science.
