Inbound Cab Controller

Nettech (Pvt) Ltd, a UK based IT company established since 20years requires experienced cab controller for our UK based client. Handsome salary package would be offered. Candidate must have to do the followings:

Receiving inbound calls and book cabs for customers based in UK.
Speak and understand British accent.
Coordinate and report to UK staff and managers.
Able to work in Morning, Evening & Night shifts (Rotating shifts)
Candidate must have relevant experience as UK Cab Controller.
Experience of Cab Controller Software.

Skills:-

Excellent communication skills (British Accent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Friendly, courteous and soft spoken
Telephone etiquette's
Able to take work pressure.
