Marketing Executive (Offshore)

Nettech Pvt Ltd, a UK based Software/IT Company requires qualified and passionate Male or Female candidates having extensive experience in business development of Web & Software Development projects. Competitive salary and good working environment is provided. Candidate should have IT background and minimum 2-3 year related experience. We require individuals to do the followings.

Responsible for acquiring business through telesales and email campaigns for web & software design and development, mobile Apps and cloud based projects.
Perform pre-sales and post sales activities requirements gathering and project coordination, research and build relationships with new clients. Update the list of IT companies (Data Extract).
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Understand prospects work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
Follow-up with prospects by phone, email, and Instant Messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Effectively follow company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales & achieve monthly sales revenue targets.
Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure effective delivery of company services.

Requirements:-

Minimum bachelor’s degree required plus two years experience in marketing and sales.
Strong IT background + Telesales experience.
Marketing of Web & Software Design & Development will be preferred.

Skills:-

Excellent English communication skills (both reading and writing).
Ability to reach and exceed quota requirements and creative lead generation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Closing, Sales Promotion, Writing Proposals, Client Follow-up, Cold Calling, Pricing Negotiation.
International Business Exposure, B2B Marketing Strategy, Product Promotion and Executive Presentation Skills.

Office Timings:

· For Male: 1:00PM to 9:00PM

· For Female: 12:00PM to 8:00PM
