RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, plan, and deliver attractive and dynamic WordPress sites
Create compelling sales and marketing emails to loyal customers to help grow sales
Look for opportunities to improve storytelling visually and increase conversions on their websites; ensure they are well maintained, optimized for SEO, fast, and reliable
Manage and coordinate backend programming, database administration, domains, hosting and other similar work
Ensure that our sites are tested and provide a first in class customer experience across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including tablets and smartphones
Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3-5 years visual design experience, with an emphasis on digital design and a strong online portfolio to showcase your work
BS in web design/development, graphic design or related field, or relevant experience
WordPress (a must), HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge and aptitude with fully responsive solutions
Plugin integrations and other online website tools management
Background and understanding of SEO and online marketing techniques—including website analytics integration, social media integrations, campaign success tracking techniques, tracking pixels and other online tracking devices
Excellent problem solving, organization, critical thinking, project management, presentation, and communication skills
