We acquire an exceptionally talented Afghan cuisine chef with essential experience in overseeing production for our busy food outlet and banquet functions, developing menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes.
Directly supervising all production and staff while maintaining highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
Skills required:
- Exceptional ability to plan a variety of menus linked to Afghan cuisine.
- Composite knowledge of supplies, equipment, services and ordering and inventory control.
- Remarkable ability to read, understand and enforce safety procedures.
- Firm knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques including time management.
- Immense knowledge of catering set-up procedures.
- Attend an Online Zoom Interview
- Should be able to relocate.
Professional Experience
- More than one year experience.
- Food Safety Level 2 Certificate and Allergens Certificate (if you do not own either of these, we will provide a short training for you to acquire these certificates)
- Proven track record managing kitchen teams
- Schedule and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees to ensure that food preparation is economical and technically correct.
Salary
- Salary: Staring from 26k and up to 29k per annum *Including Holiday Pay
