We are looking for an experienced Female customer service representative to join our team.
This is E-Commerce customer service where you have to complete the process of order fulfillment. You must have great verbal communication skills and be proficient with social media chat.
Responsibilities & requirements
- Fresher with good communication skills can also apply
- Order confirmation, processing And Dashboard updating
- Whatsapp/Facebook chat response
- Assist consumers with returns, refunds, and other order-related inquiries
- Liason with internal team to complete any relevant task
Timings: 10am-7pm
