One of the leading Power & Telecom System solutions providing company urgently looking for Techncial Support / Pre-Sales Engineers with in-depth experience, strong technical background and good communications skills.

Job Responsibilties

Technical and Commercial Proposal development for the tenders and customer’s requirements as per define process

To coordinate closely with internal sales team, sales support, and service resources to align solutions design with customers’ business requirements.

Execute order process in Corporate and other OEMs, and giving a smooth handover to Logistics & PMO teams.

To Support sales productivity by assisting sales personnel in the technical aspects of projects.

To liaison with the technical team at the customer's end to ensure that the technical requirements are cleared, fully understood and met.

Responsible for physical Infrastructure analysis, cost inputs, solution architecture and high level design of complex opportunities and services.

Provide Pre-sales & after-sales product design support to Sales teams.

Monitor R&D and customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process.

Support Project Manager in the successful delivery of all projects, Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical knowledge to gain successful delivery of projects

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal and external teams

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Prepare accurate and timely reports
