Next Order is looking for motivated Customer Care Representatives responsible for the day-to-day management of customer orders and requests for our restaurant partners across Australia. By providing quality customer service, you will have an enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work.
What you'll be doing daily
Answering customers’ calls and processing orders on behalf of our restaurant partners. You will be responsible for greeting customers and accurately taking their food orders over the phone.
Ensuring each customer gets a great experience on every call and is prompted to try new items that they might be interested in. You will be required to learn specific Restaurant menus in-depth and learn different Western food types to understand each customer easily.
Managing customer expectations and calming any confrontation from upset customers. You may need to deal with upset customers and promptly pass through any issues to the restaurant manager.
