Nextbridge Pvt Ltd urgently requires an experienced Chef to join its kitchen serving lunch and dinner to its 400+ employees based in three offices of Johar Town, Lahore.
Job Responsibilities.
- Responsible for utilizing his/her culinary expertise to create appetizing dishes to be served in lunch, supper and dinner to enjoy.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.
- Oversee food preparation, ensure that the quantity is sufficient to be served to its employees in lunch and dinner while checking that all kitchen staff members are performing their duties.
- Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed.
- Determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.
Requirements:
- Qualification of Culinary Arts is preferred.
- Atleast 3 years or above experience is required in a similar capacity in large sized organizations.
- Must have prepared meals preferrably of desi, chinese and continental cuisines for 400+ persons for lunch and dinner.
- Must be an expert in preparing different snacks for supper.
