nextOsys (A Sharp Image Company) is looking to hire a Project Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Share the entire requirement of the project with team leader like reference video and all other relevant information that is provided by the client.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth flow of projects.
- Correspondence with the client and communicate the feedback to the Artist in a tactful and constructive manner.
- Coordinate with Production Department for illustration and animation phases.
- Monitor the status of projects to make sure they are proceeding as expected.
- Responsible for delivering the project to the Client.
- Resposible for recovery of payment from clients.
- Responsible for doing final Quality Assurance before delivery of the project.
- Project Management training will be provided to the fresh candidates.
Vendor Management:
- Recruit and hire local & international vendors online.
- Establish budgets for vendors.
- Monitor the status of outsourced projects to make sure they are proceeding as expected.
- Facilitate relationship between the vendors and the company.
- Manage payment process.
- copyrights.
- Categorized outsource / vendor database on the basis of skills set & price.
Rotational shift timings:
1) 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
2) 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
3) 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
4) 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Skills required:
- Minimum Graduate BBA/BCS.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and E-Mailing.
- Time Management Skills.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate, BBA/BCS
