Production Manager (Furniture)

Nextscrum is looking for a production manager. Ideal candidates would be who has 1 year plus experience in handling furniture production to delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee the production process.
Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
Coordinate with the Planning department.
Understand clients’ needs and requirements.
Prepare Daily Production reports.
Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
Foreseeing potential problems before they happen.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
Coordinate with the Sales department for knowing the customer or order details. · Assure to give proper training to your joiners
Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of materials, based on customer demand. · Schedule shift according to production need

QC & Maintenance

Recording, checking and Approving the QC & QA documents.
Team building and taking productivity from junior & reporting dpt staff.
Attention to detail, all over the process.
Inward & outward material should be according to required quality standards.
