Have 4+ years of programming experience
Should have Team Lead experience and can be able to manage a team of 4 to 5 resources
Be proficient in JavaScript Frameworks (React, React Native, Redux, Vue/Veux), Write clean, consistent, and easy-to-read code
Has the ability to effectively take critiques, work on multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, meet the predefined deadlines and turn around quality products on tight deadlines
Exposure of any development toolchain for testing, packaging, and deployment
Exposure of third-party component libraries.
Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Good understanding of source control using Git
Expert knowledge of SOLID coding principles of Object-Oriented programming and design patterns.
Demonstrate an expert level of programming skill and independently analyze and identify comprehensive solutions
Clear concept of ES6, React.js, and React native.
Experience in using/building JS-based tools including webpack, babel & npm.
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds

Highly motivated who willingly participates in all phases of the software development life cycle and can be able to lead a team to perform the job well.
